Yes, that is a Burmese cat. Her name is Koosje and she is the best. She is still very young and she loves to climb me while I'm standing and then hang out on my shoulder while playing with my hair. She's the cutest. In the future she might have babies too, I'm scared I will faint due to all that cuteness. How come your cat has only three legs?
